How can customers pay?
When a customer checks out at the shopping cart through our website, they can pay for the order using a credit card or PayPal . Customers can also direct deposit into our bank account (Bank of China: 01275110316284) . Please note that the bank account transfer may take several days, however payment  needs to be received at least 24 hours before delivery.

Does www.loverose.com.hk accept credit cards issued overseas?
Yes, we accept most major credit cards to place orders on the website. However, please note that the Hong Kong dollar will be used as the transaction currency and your card issuer may charge a currency conversion rate. If you are having trouble shopping on our website, you can call 9175 5683 or email to info@loverose.com.hk

Can the customer change or cancel the order after payment?
If we have already packed the flowers , we will not be able to change or cancel orders for customers. Customers can contact Customer Service 24 hours before delivery day on 9175 5683 to change or cancel the order, but we will charge the difference in price of the order. If there is any issue, please call 9175 5683. If no one answers , please leave a message and send an e-mail to info@loverose.com.hk. We will follow up as soon as possible.

What happens if the customer accidentally provides the wrong shipping information?
If we have not delivered it yet, we will change it for you.
If we have already delivered it, we will charge an additional shipping fee of $ 150. Otherwise, the order will be regarded as completed.

If the order can't be delivered due to weather or traffic conditions, what will you do?
If we cannot deliver due to the weather or traffic conditions, we will arrange the delivery within 24 hours at no additional charge.

Can customers use their own gift card?
Of course. Please contact customer service on 9175 5683.

Do you deliver on public holidays?
Yes, at no extra cost.

How do I know that you have received my order?
We will send you an email to confirm your order. If you do not receive email confirmation from us within one hour of placing your order, please contact our customer service department on 9175 5683.

Does www.loverose.com.hk offer overseas delivery services?
Currently, we only provide delivery services within the Hong Kong Region.
