By using the www.loverose.com.hk site, which trades under Affecting Love, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Affecting Love reserves the right to change these terms and conditions.

Affecting Love has the right to access all images, slogans and texts on the www.loverose.com.hk website. No one may copy or reproduce any content without the written permission of the owner. Affecting Love reserves the right to pursue all legal liability.

The personal data collected on this website will only be used to complete the order and will not be used for third party commercial purposes.

If we can't arrange delivery, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving the order. You can cancel your order and receive a full refund.

If there is a typhoon signal No. 8 or above / black rainstorm warning, we will contact you for further arrangement. You can cancel your order 24 hours before the delivery time and receive a full refund or deferred delivery.

If there is no one at the delivery address to receive the order or the order has been rejected, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery and an additional shipping fee of $150 will be applied. Otherwise, we will consider the order as completed.

Please note that all images displayed on the website are for reference only. The actual colour of the flowers may be different from the image you see on the screen.

Since flowers may be in limited supply at certain times, we will inform you within 24 hours if the flowers you choose are out of stock.

If customers find they have made an error in the order, please contact us not later than 24 hours before the delivery of the goods. Otherwise we can't make any changes.

If we make an error in order, please contact us within 24 hours upon receipt. We cannot provide any further compensation in addition to the refund.
